This weekend's subscription program at the slates Beethoven's Second and Fifth symphonies, which confusingly are the third and fourth in the orchestra's seasonlong traversal of the nine-symphony gamut under its music director, Riccardo Muti.

    79彩票注册网址On its LookOut performance series, Steppenwolf hosts shows across genres, a sort of seasonlong variety show. First Floor Theater, a company most often seen in nooks-and-crannies venue the Den, mans the LookOut for six weeks with "," a comic, surrealist play by Northwestern grad Will Arbery about three sisters, their relationships with inconsiderate men and a possible curse. Karl Ove Knausgaard's thick pseudo-autobiography "My Struggle" appears as a weapon.

    79彩票注册网址Quebec City-based circus troupe FLIP Fabrique trampolines in to the Harris Theater for of a 75-minute, no-intermission show called "Blizzard." In addition to acrobatics, juggling, hoop-spinning and the like, FLIP Fabrique also does yo-yo, diabolo (that two-lobed thing that spins on a string that your patchouli-redolent high school friends did) and something called "trampo-wall."
